We visited today for our company work party and I overall was impressed and Castle Noel exceeded all of my expectations.
I am a Medina resident and although I pass this place every day I had absolutely no idea what it was all about. We made reservations which I HIGHLY suggest. I see a lot of comments on here complaining about wait times but they were walk ins. Especially during December or Christmas time.
Yes, there are lots of videos but I appreciated them because I didn’t know what half the items were and I would not have known without the informational videos. I have absolutely no clue how long the tour even was because I was so wrapped up in everything.
All the guides were awesome, friendly and interactive. Didn’t feel at all scripted! The displays were awesome. I’ve never been to NYC so to see this million dollar displays from Saks, Lord and Taylor and Bloomingdales was amazing.
The end is jaw dropping and all of the stuff they have from the Grinch is too cool!

We held our company Christmas party at Castle Noel. What an amazing venue! Miniature golf was absolutely fun and so cool with the 3D. Be sure to take pictures. Next, we had the most beautiful party room! Omg I can’t fully describe the room, except gorgeous decor with lights, huge Nutcracker, gorgeous tree, fireplace, Christmas music and a Santa’s chair. They use local restaurants for their catering which I love seeing small businesses being used. Thyme 2 provided delicious chicken and veggie wraps along with chips and pickles. Everything was warm and served buffet style. We brought in the desserts and they provided coffee, pop and water. We also had a open bar with a nice selection of beers and wines. After playing a few games, we headed off on the museum tour. Nothing like watching 17 people act like kids! From the Vortex, chimney and the slide – fun was held by all! I want to thank Dana Klaus for planning an exceptional event and your exceeded my expectations! Also, thank you to all the hostesses that helped in the party room and through the museum. And last but not least, Mark Klaus thank you for all you have done to make this a must see destination. It was great speaking with you. Everyone needs to go! H. Roberts
