TICKETS: You receive your tickets UPON ARRIVAL. Bring your reservation or email confirmation (printed or via phone). Or we will look up your reservation with your drivers license.
The tour is ALWAYS a Guided Tour: The tour is over 40,000 square feet and one would get lost without a tour guide. There is not an option to walk thru on your own. We take approximately 15-17 people in a group, in timed increments to prevent 100’s of people in one area. (Safety for our guests.)
You may buy tickets at different time slots: Your group will go together.
Masks or no masks: It is up to our guests and employees if they choose to wear a mask. BUT, we have private tours available. No one is added to your private group and you can request the tour guide to wear a mask. Call 330-721-6635.
Service dogs are welcome! Therapy pets are not permitted: If a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, staff may request that the animal be removed from the premises.
Mini Golf Tickets: Add on Alien Vacation Mini Golf tickets with your reservation and save $2 for same day use. Mini Golf tickets should be used between the hours of 12:00 and 6:00. No reservations needed for Mini Golf.
Golden Tickets with the YOUTH tab must be used by October 1st after the year they were given. For example: WMJI raffle ticket won in 2022 are now invalid. WMJI raffle ticket won in 2023, must be used by October 1st of 2024.
Golden Tickets that are 8″x3″ and GOLDEN GIFT CERTIFICATES can be used anytime with RESERVATIONS, in the gift shop or for Alien Vacation Mini Golf. You will need to call 330-721-6635 or email email@example.com to make reservations.
Golden Gift Certificates from the years 2013-2021 are no longer valid.

Private Tours: Enjoy a Private Tour with only your family and friends, no one else will be added to your group, 2-15 people. You are buying a time slot. Please note: Babies in a body carrier are free, anyone walking or in an umbrella stroller is counted as a person. Private tours are up to 15 people. Call 330-721-6335 if you have more than 15 people. Please Note: You are buying the entire time slot, if part of your group does not show, you are still taking a private tour and using all 15 time slots. Hence, there are no refunds on no shows. There are multiple tours in the building at one time. You are separated from each other with time slots.
Rescheduling a 2022 Tour: You have until September 2023 to take the tour. If you have to reschedule a tour, call 330-721-6635 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Hours will be extended by reservation demand. When rescheduling, if you had a private tour, you will be re-scheduled as a private tour.
Fees: The credit card and service fee do not come to Castle Noel, they are a direct expense of making reservations online. The fees are far below the national average. We have kept the fee price the same for 6 years. The breakdown is the ticket price + credit card processing fee + reservation system fee = Total. Thank you for understanding!

Photos: We encourage you to take photos throughout the entire Castle except on top and or on the side of Santa Klaus Mountain. We’ll do that for you.

We encourage our guests to take photos throughout the attraction. Except on Santa Klaus Mountain. We take professional photos of your visit with Santa and on the Slide. New for 2023: There is a Special Souvenir Photo Folio available for a Santa Photo + 1 Slide Photos.

Santa photos are available all year round, through the magic of Mark Klaus.
Santa is physically onsite the week before November-December 24th. Plus, Christmas in July, dates will be posted.
Santa Only: Is there a way to just see Santa without going through the tour? Not at this time.
Strollers: ONLY umbrella strollers, please, due to space restrictions and stairs within the building. We do not have a place to store large strollers and will ask you to take them back to your car.
How long is a tour? Tours on the average are 1.5 to 2 hours during the off-season. Two hours in November-January.
Is the tour inside? The first 2 minutes of the tour is outside to see our first exhibit. The rest of the tour is inside.
Should I make reservations? YES, we only have reservations for 2023. If you walk in, with no reservations, and we are sold out, we will not be able to accommodate you. Go online at CastleNoel.com and make reservations.
Reservation Entry: Please enter at the gift shop. Print or show on your phone: Your reservations Confirmation Email or show your drivers license upon arrival.
Reservations: On the average, we run on time for reservations. Please wait in your car or outside until ten minutes before your tour time. Allow for traffic! If you are late, and we are sold out, we cannot guarantee another time slot in a timely manner. Click here to make reservations now.
Dinner Reservations: Make dinner reservations BEFORE your tour at Castle Noel.
Are we handicap accessible? Wheelchair guests: Drop off is in front of Castle Noel’s Gift Shop, 258 South Court Street. Enter through the black gate, next to the gift shop. Have someone in the group notify us that you’re here and need assistance. There is a LIFT for our wheelchair guests from the first floor to the second floor. Guests in your group will meet you at the top of the stairs. Bathrooms are ADA in the gift shops and throughout Castle Noel.
Walkers with seats are available on site. I encourage guests that need to rest to use these. This way they have a moving chair to rest on throughout the tour.
Sensory Challenges: Anticipate some loudness that could come from some of the exhibits and guests who cheer or sing. If you have a member of your party that has sensory challenges, you may want to bring headphones or earbuds to tone down the sound for themselves. Please communicate any sensory requests upon check in and with the tour guides.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Tours:
- Refunds up to 3 weeks before reservation date, under 21 days, there is no refund.
– 2022 missed tours: We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January – September 30th, 2023.
– 2023 missed tours: Reschedule January-September, 2024.
– Special Events, such as Rocket Car Day or Luaus may have different terms.
- No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call 24 hours before your tour time, if you cannot make your time. We will be happy to reschedule your tour, see above.
- No refund if someone in your group is unable to come.
- If you do not contact us, and are a no show for your reservation, there is no refund or rescheduling.
