TICKETS: You receive your tickets UPON ARRIVAL. Bring your reservation or email confirmation (printed or via phone). Or we will look up your reservation with your drivers license.
The tour is ALWAYS a Guided Tour: The tour is over 40,000 square feet and one would get lost without a tour guide. There is not an option to walk thru on your own. We take approximately 15-17 people in a group, in timed increments to prevent 100’s of people in one area. (Safety for our guests.)
Masks or no masks: It is up to our guests and employees if they choose to wear a mask. BUT, we have private tours available. No one is added to your private group and you can request the tour guide to wear a mask. Call 330-721-6635.
Service dogs are welcome! Therapy pets are not permitted: If a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, staff may request that the animal be removed from the premises.
Mini Golf Tickets: Add on Alien Vacation Mini Golf tickets with your reservation and save $2 for same day use. Mini Golf tickets should be used between the hours of 12:00 and 6:00. No reservations needed for Mini Golf.
Golden Tickets with the YOUTH tab must be used by November 1st after the year they were given. For example: WMJI raffle ticket won in 2019, must be used by Nov. 1st of 2020.
Golden Tickets that are 8″x3″ and GOLDEN GIFT CERTIFICATES can be used anytime with RESERVATIONS, in the gift shop or for Alien Vacation Mini Golf. You will need to call 330-721-6635 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make reservations.
Golden Gift Certificates from the years 2013-2018 are no longer valid.
The last is the same as the first tour. 1.5-2.0 tours with all the fun.

Private Tours: Enjoy a Private Tour with only your family and friends, no one else will be added to your group, 2-15 people. You are buying a time slot. Please note: Babies in a body carrier are free, anyone walking or in an umbrella stroller is counted as a person. Private tours are up to 15 people. Call Dana at 330-721-6335 if you have more than 15 people. Please Note: There are multiple tours in the building at one time. You are separated from each other with time slots.
Rescheduling a 2020 Tour: You have until October 2021 to take the tour. If you have to reschedule a tour, call 330-721-6635 or send an email to email@example.com. Hours will be extended by reservation demand. When rescheduling, if you had a private tour, you will be re-scheduled as a private tour.
Fees: The credit card and service fee do not come to Castle Noel, they are a direct expense of making reservations online. The fees are far below the national average. We have kept the fee price the same for 5 years and this is the first change since we opened. The breakdown is the ticket price + credit card processing fee = Total. Thank you for understanding!
Tour Sizes for 2021: Public Tours: 15-17 people
You need to make a second reservation slot if you have more people in your group.
Santa Klaus Mountain Slide is included in the cost.
Photos: We encourage you to take photos throughout the entire Castle except on top of Santa Klaus Mountain. We’ll do that for you.
Souvenir Slide Photo: $11.95 for a 5×7.

Santa Photo: $11.95 for a 5×7.
Santa photos are available all year round, through the magic of Mark Klaus.
Santa is physically onsite the week before November-December 24th. Plus, Christmas in July, dates will be posted.
Santa Only: Is there a way to just see Santa without going through the tour? Not at this time. We created the Children’s Tour for this reason.
The Children’s tour is a self-guided tour with only your family. Offered in November -December. The parents receive a brochure that explains the displays. As the children tour the Castle they visit six different Elf stops along the way and receive gifts from each elf. The cost of the child’s ticket equals the gifts the child will receive from the Elves. Including a souvenir photo with Santa, through the magic of the North Pole.
Strollers: Umbrella strollers please due to space restrictions and stairs within the building. We do not have a place to store large strollers. Please leave them in your car.
How long is a tour? Tours on the average are 1.5 to 2 hours.
Is the tour inside? The first 2 minutes of the tour is outside to see our first exhibit. The rest of the tour is inside.
Should I make reservations? YES, we only have reservations for 2021. If you decide to come the same day, go online at CastleNoel.com and make reservations.

Reservations: On the average, we run on time for reservations. Please wait in your car or outside until ten minutes before your tour time. Allow for traffic! If you are late, and we are sold out, we cannot guarantee another time slot in a timely manner. Click here to make reservations now.
Dinner Reservations: Make dinner reservations BEFORE your tour at Castle Noel.
Are we handicap accessible? The first floor is handicap accessible. The second floor is not. For our patrons in wheelchairs we have a venue to watch a professional video of the displays on the second floor. Drop off is in front of Castle Noel’s Gift Shop, 258 South Court St. Upon arrival, have someone in your party come inside the gift shop and let us know you need assistance. We’ll be right out to help you.
Walkers with seats are available on site. I encourage folks that need to rest to use these. This way they have a moving chair to rest on whenever they need to.
Sensory Challenges: Anticipate some loudness that could come from some of the exhibits and guests who cheer or sing. If you have a member of your party that has sensory challenges, you may want to bring headphones or earbuds to tone down the sound for themselves. Please communicate any sensory requests upon check in and with the tour guides.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Refunds up to 3 weeks before reservation date. Under 21 days there is no refund.
- No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call us if you cannot make your tour time. Then, you can reschedule up to nine months from the reservation date.
- No shows: If you don’t contact us and just don’t show up, you may reschedule your tour for a Tuesday or Wednesday only.
